No — free shows can be watched without an account. You'll need a (free) account to chat, tip, or buy a ticket to a ticketed show.

Yes. Every JamHubs account can do everything — watch and tip one night, take the stage the next. There's no separate "performer account" and no commitment to perform.

The home page shows every room that's live right now, with a real preview of the stream. The Calendar lists every scheduled show by day, so you can plan your evening.

Open your wallet with the Add Funds button, then tip from the room — preset amounts or any custom amount from $1 to $500. Your tip is announced in the room chat the moment it lands.

Heads up: while JamHubs is in beta, wallets hold play money. Real payments arrive at launch.

Artists can put a ticket price on a performance. If a show is ticketed you'll see the price at the door; one purchase covers that entire performance. Buying early works too — get your seat before the curtain and you're in the moment the show starts.

Tips are gratuities — they're final. Tickets are final once the show has gone live. If the act cancels without performing, your ticket refunds itself automatically — the full amount, straight back to your wallet, no forms. The details live in our Refund Policy below.

Yes — JamHubs is strictly a performance site. Adult content is banned, full stop. If you see something that doesn't belong, report it and we'll handle it.

A computer with a camera and microphone, a modern browser (Chrome, Edge, or Firefox), and a JamHubs account. That's the whole list — no OBS, no streaming software, no encoder settings. Click Go Live, allow camera and mic access, and you're on stage.

Your username IS your room: jamhubs.com/watch/your-username. Put it in your bios, flyers, and group chats — it never changes.

On the Go Live page, use Your Shows: title, category, start time, duration, and (optionally) an advertised ticket price. Scheduled shows appear on the public calendar immediately, and fans can jump straight into your room from there.

Flip the switch on your Go Live page and set a price ($1–$500). From that moment fans need a ticket to enter your room — and they can buy before you start (pre-sales). Flip it off when the show ends. To change the price, end the session and start a new one, so everyone who already bought keeps exactly what they paid for.

70% of every dollar — tips and tickets alike. The other 30% keeps the lights on: servers, bandwidth, and running the site. No hidden fees, no exchange rates, no token math. Your lifetime earnings are always visible on your Go Live page, updating in real time as tips land.

During beta, earnings accrue in play money while we prove the platform. Real payouts ship with our payments launch — your earnings dashboard already tracks everything you'll be owed style-for-style when that day comes.

Schedule it on the calendar so it's discoverable. Pick a quiet, well-lit space; wired internet beats Wi-Fi; headphones kill echo. Greet people who join the chat by name — the tip announcements and chat are the heartbeat of a JamHubs room. And end with when you'll be back: the calendar is your encore.

Absolutely — that's the Jam Session category. Set up in one room (garage, studio, stage), point one good camera and mic at the band, and go live together. (Playing together over the internet from different locations isn't supported — physics makes the delay unmusical.)

Tips are gratuities: a gift to a performer, delivered to them the moment you send it. Tips are not refundable.

A ticket buys entry to one performance. Once the act has gone live, tickets for that performance are final — whether you watched one minute or the whole show.

If a performance is canceled before it ever goes live, every ticket for it is refunded automatically and in full — the entire amount returns to your wallet the moment the act closes the session. No request forms, no waiting, no partial amounts. You'll see it as a refund line in your wallet history.

Beta note: while JamHubs runs on play money, this policy operates exactly as written so that launch day changes nothing but the currency.

Check the camera permission in your browser's address bar and that no other app (Zoom, Teams) is holding the camera. Then refresh the page and click Go Live again.

Under a second. When a fan tips during your solo, you'll see it while you're still playing it.

Refresh the page — you'll rejoin instantly. Broadcasters reconnect the same way; your room stays yours. If it keeps happening, wired internet is the usual fix.
